Terms of Service
1) All works are done in the form of Personal commission, NOT for any commercial purpose.
commissioner is legally not allowed to redistribute my artwork that can otherwise gain any types of profit.
2) waihle retain full right to all artwork.
3) Payment only via Paypal. No refunds.
4) There is a 50% deposit fee upon deciding on the sketch.
5) Full payment must be sent before waihle sends over completed artwork.
6) waihle owns the right to decline any request upon concept/pose which are uncomfortable for them. Refusal will be made 1-2 business day after Commission Request is sent over.
7) All edits, changes, are listed before waihle proceed after sketch. Commissioner may only make very minimal changes after the artist has proceed beyond sketch.
8) All edit, changes, waihle makes after the sketch, must be decided with the commissioner.I will always work to the best of my ability to create the artwork you wish for.
